You don’t need to be in the medical sector to attend our ‘AI and How it Fits into Healthcare' event, join us to hear about the good AI can do.

AI is progressively playing a massive part in healthcare, and we have a range of fantastic speakers hosted by our committee chair, Charlotte Lewis.

She is joined by Dr Noura Al Moubayed, whose research projects focus on applying machine learning and deep learning solutions in solving various healthcare problems. Andre Fialho, who leads the product team at MySense, supporting the launch of their AI-powered wellbeing analytics platform, he also co-founded Pact Care, a platform connecting patients to healthcare providers, and Niels Peek who is Professor of Health Informatics at the University of Manchester. He has a background in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, and his research focuses on translational data science for clinical risk prediction, personalised and precision medicine, patient safety, and multimorbidity.

Our team of panellists will have an open debate covering how AI is It's providing information extremely quickly but how there is still very much a need for the human touch. This, and the new guidance that has been launched to help adopters of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology learn what regulations to follow and how to evaluate effectiveness.
