With 30 years of human resources experience, Leigh has established herself as a strategic leader devoted to empowering people and enriching workplace culture. As Director People & Organisation for PUMA UKI since 2020, Leigh leverages her expertise in organisational development and learning to optimise employee growth.

Leigh’s passion for HR began early in her studies, majoring in Organisational Psychology, Employment Law and Economics. She gained valuable experience working for leading companies in South Africa before relocating to the UK. Leigh first joined the PUMA Group in 2018 as Head of People & Organisation for South Africa, drawn to the sports brand’s performance focus, dynamism and innovative spirit.
