Vanessa Jackson is an Executive Search Consultant with more than 20 years’ experience advising businesses on finding and building high-performing HR leadership teams.
She works with organisations across the UK, recruiting HR Directors, Chief People Officers and senior HR leaders, with a particular focus on businesses going through growth, transformation and change.
Vanessa is passionate about what makes organisations genuinely good at attracting and retaining talent, and increasingly, what AI means for hiring, skills and the future workforce.
