Join us at Campfield, one of Manchester’s most iconic buildings, for a breakfast panel discussion exploring how environments shape culture, connection, and belonging.

In a hybrid world, culture is no longer shaped by attendance alone, but by intention. The spaces that a business chooses - and how they are used - play a powerful role in how employees connect, collaborate, and feel a sense of belonging. From where teams work, to how leaders create moments of interaction, the built environment has become a strategic tool for reinforcing values, enabling choice, and strengthening community.

We will be bringing together a panel of leaders from people, design, and community to share insights and stories on how to:

  • Create inspirational spaces that support company culture, attract employees and increase productivity.
  • Strengthen company culture by creating shared experiences that people want to be part of.
  • Shift from attendance to intention, focusing on why people gather, not how often.
  • Design experiences that feel purposeful, inclusive, and worth the time.

Start your day feeling inspired with stories and ideas of how companies are creating environments where people want to show up, belong, and do their best work - a must-attend session for anyone shaping culture in the workplace.
