Most businesses do not have one AI strategy.

They have dozens of disconnected decisions being made across teams, tools and processes.

This practical Skills Academy session will help you bring those decisions into one clear 12-month plan. You will use the Risk Value Seesaw to balance commercial opportunity with the risks that need controlling, assess the gaps within your organisation and identify which AI opportunities are worth pursuing.

Through short exercises and breakout discussions, you will examine what must change beyond the technology itself, including workflows, people, ownership and decision-making. You will also build the foundations of an AI governance framework that fits your organisation.

You will leave with a clearer view of where to start, what to prioritise and a practical method for building your own AI roadmap.

By the end of this session you’ll have a deeper understanding of;

  • How to identify and prioritise AI opportunities based on business value
  • How to build the foundations of an AI governance framework
  • Where to make better decisions about where to invest, experiment and scale as part of your 12-month AI roadmap
