Inspiring Leadership: The Leader’s Role in Motivation

Building on the success of our previous leadership programme, this 2026 series focuses on the everyday behaviours and practical tools that help leaders deliver real, lasting change. Each session combines an inspiring fireside chat with a key regional leader, followed by a 30-minute workshop designed to turn insight into action. Expect honest leadership stories, practical frameworks, and takeaways that business owners, senior leaders and middle managers can apply immediately.

Inspiring leaders create belief, momentum and clarity and enable connection - especially when teams are stretched. In this session, a key regional leader will share how they show up, communicate purpose, and set a tone people want to follow. We’ll then shift into a practical workshop to help you craft your leadership story and build simple habits that energise and align your team.

This session is ideal for leaders who want to boost engagement, confidence and momentum through clearer communication and stronger leadership presence.
