About the Speakers:
Tom joined CNS Media in 2018 and has played an instrumental role in delivering major campaigns for some of the agency’s biggest clients, with a particular specialism in digital TV advertising and integrated media strategy.
Working closely across media, digital and creative, Tom helps brands uncover new marketing opportunities through insight-led planning, audience targeting and campaign performance analysis. He is particularly passionate about bringing traditional media into the modern era of digital marketing, demonstrating how channels such as TV, radio and Out of Home can deliver measurable ROI when campaigns are planned, executed and tracked effectively.
Before joining CNS Media, Tom spent more than 15 years at Global, where he progressed to the role of Commercial Director, building extensive experience across the UK media landscape.
Adele has worked in the media industry since 2017, building experience across all areas of media planning and buying with a particular specialism in TV advertising. She has delivered campaigns across a wide range of sectors, from national charities and travel brands to finance, retail and health food businesses, primarily supporting B2C brands alongside SME clients.
Since joining CNS Media, Adele has worked across a portfolio of well-known brands including The Range, Grape Tree, Marks Electrical, Resorts World and Live Nation/Cuffe & Taylor. More recently, she has played a key role in developing CNS Media’s insight-led approach, helping clients better understand audience behaviour, campaign performance and data-driven targeting strategies.
In recognition of her work within the industry, Adele was shortlisted for Young TV Planner of the Year 2025.
With 25 years experience in the advertising industry, Alex leads the Manchester team at CNS Media, working with clients across a diverse range of sectors to deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns.
Combining extensive media expertise with a strong understanding of data-driven advertising, Alex is passionate about creating campaigns that not only perform, but genuinely stand out. Working closely with CNS Media’s in-house creative team, he helps brands connect with the right audiences and stand out from the crowd with strategic creative.
Having lived in Greater Manchester for more than 20 years, Alex is a well-connected and respected figure within the North West media industry.
