Is Networking Not-Working?
One of the most debated topics in the business world is whether networking actually “works'' and can truly be measured in terms of return on investment. It is also often assumed that it is solely reserved for extroverts or that it's just about exchanging business cards rather than building long-lasting business relationships.
Tim Ternent, CEO of Net Hub, will be joining us to settle the debate and share some insight into how you can measure the success of your networking, and the value of tracking leads and networking with a purpose.
After the talk, there will be plenty of opportunities to network and connect with the other attendees over some drinks and food. We hope to see you there!
About the Speakers:
Tim has over 20 years’ of experience working in and with, both corporate and small to medium sized enterprises, to open up new channels to market and to improve the efficiency of existing sales and marketing processes. He now specialises in helping businesses of all sizes to develop, manage and value their business networks and has spent the past few years promoting behavioural and process change, with the objective of helping people benefit from more profitable relationships. Roles in various multi-national businesses such as General Motors, Centrica and Knauf Insulation have helped Tim to gain an understanding of networking at all levels and across different territories, indeed much of his latest thinking has come from regular trips to the US as part of his current role at Net Hub.
