Pro-Women Discussion Group
Join us for our regular pro-women discussion. As usual, we will dedicate time to breakout into groups so that we can discuss the latest themes and topics and have an exchange of views and top tips and enjoy the same level of passionate debate that we always do.
We want to explore the issues that matter most to you. Your suggestions are always welcome.
We discuss the key issues currently affecting women in the workplace and define some positive actions we can all take to make a change for the better.
This session will also be an opportunity to ‘check-in’ with like-minded people following the holiday season and the pressures that come with new restrictions in the ongoing pandemic.
We will be using this session to discuss 4 key topics:
- The impact of covid and flexible & agile working
- Menopause - Continuing the themes of the our recent event
- Returning to work after a prolonged period off
- Parental and Caring Responsibilities
About the Speakers:
Nichola sits on the National Executive Committee of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (“FOIL”) and is a FOIL’s representative on the Law Society Council and on the Law Society Civil Justice Committee.
She has been involved with pro-manchester for a number of years and very much enjoys her involvement on the Committees she sits on and is also the Chair of the pro-women group which forms part of the pro-manchester EDI committee.
