Regeneration and Property

Join us on Thursday 9th October at our annual Property & Regeneration Lunch for a fabulous two course lunch and the opportunity to hear from leading industry experts. Our event will feature two panels, each exploring critical issues shaping the future of the property and regeneration sector. Don't miss the chance to connect with like-minded professionals and gain invaluable insights into the sustainable future of property. Reserve your seat today!

Panel 1: With the Renters’ Rights Bill set to take effect in January 2026, major changes are on the horizon for tenants, landlords, and housing advocates. This panel will break down the key provisions of the new legislation, explore how it impacts renters' protections, and examine how evolving residents' legislation is reshaping housing policy more broadly.

Panel 2: As organizations rethink the modern workplace, flexible spaces have become central to how we work, connect, and thrive. This panel explores current trends in space development, focusing on what people are prioritizing—from design and functionality to fostering collaboration and mental wellbeing. Experts will discuss how to attract employees back to the office through environments that support mental health and work-life balance, and how thoughtful design can drive both productivity and satisfaction in a post-pandemic world.
