With interest rates, liquidity and commercial property all influencing pension investment decisions, this lunchtime event will bring together professionals from across the SIPP and SSAS market for a balanced and practical discussion.

The centrepiece will be a two-sided debate, exploring the respective arguments for retaining pension cash and investing into commercial property. Each side will have equal opportunity to present its perspective before opening the discussion to questions from the audience.

A short Barclays pensions proposition overview will also provide context on how lending can support appropriate pension-led commercial property transactions.
