Rui Miguel, Data & AI Leader at Unipartner, brings nearly 25 years of experience in leading complex technological projects, with a growing focus on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Sustainability. Over the course of his career, Rui has supported organizations across the Financial Services, Telecommunications, Energy & Utilities, and Media sectors in accelerating digital innovation. His work has helped foster data-driven cultures and empower informed decision-making. His core expertise includes Data & AI strategy with a sustainable impact, implementation of high-impact AI initiatives, digital transformation and innovation, technology portfolio management, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Steven is Managing Director of beepro a company he co founded back in 2019. He has been involved in Technology for over 30 years working in senior positions at large institutions such as Barclays, Accenture, Steria, United Utilities and Asda.

Steven specialises in large scale transformation programmes or working as a Test Consultant shaping frameworks and delivery models leveraging his many years working as a Head of Test and Senior Programme Manager to support clients with mutually agreed outcomes.

Steven is passionate around objective focused deliverables and has high energy and a ‘Can Do’ attitude to augment his vast experience in the Technology sector.

As the Executive Assistant to David Jones, Sam provides essential strategic, administrative and organisational support to David and subsequently the Firm. Her role is all about making his role seamless, managing his diary and making sure he always has everything he requires in line with his busy schedule including preparing documents, presentations and building trusting relationships with other key stakeholders. With over 10 years’ experience working in PA/EA and Office Management positions within professional services, Sam is skilled in event planning and using a range of software both general and legal specific.

Niki is a highly skilled senior associate, specialising in corporate and commercial law. With a dual qualification as a lawyer isn Greece (2008) and a solicitor in England and Wales (2014), she brings a wealth of international experience to Glaisyers ETL.

Her areas of expertise include acquisitions and disposals of companies and LLPs, corporate restructuring, joint ventures (including private equity) and general commercial contracts. Notably, she has handled complex transactions valued over £20 million and smaller deals up to £1 million. Niki also has been deeply involved in high profile cases such as Lawfront’s acquisition of Else Solicitors and Duncan & Toplis’s acquisition of ALG Partnership in 2024.
