Recent changes to Inheritance Tax and pension rules could have a significant impact on business owners. They aren’t distant policy shifts and could have a real impact on how you protect, grow and pass on your business.

This session is designed to help you stay ahead. We’ll break down what’s changing, what it could mean for you, and how early planning can put you in a stronger position.

In this session, we’ll cover:

  • What the latest Inheritance Tax changes could mean for business succession and family transfers
  • How to plan ahead so your family can meet a potential IHT bill without needing to sell part, or all, of the business
  • How evolving pension rules may affect your long-term planning and legacy options
  • Practical steps you can take now to help protect your business and plan with confidence

With insights from specialists in financial planning and tax advisory, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of the changes to Business Property Relief (BPR), alongside pension regulation updates taking effect from April 2027.

This is an opportunity to get informed, get prepared, and take control of what comes next.
