Wellbeing & Wellness
In today’s fast-paced work environments, employee wellbeing is no longer a “nice-to-have” it’s a strategic priority.
Research shows that companies with strong wellbeing initiatives see up to 41% lower absenteeism, 24% higher productivity and are significantly more likely to attract and retain top talent. A culture that supports physical and mental health not only boosts engagement but also reduces burnout and improves collaboration across teams.
Join us for a refreshing start to the day that goes beyond the usual networking breakfast.
Together we’ll share a nourishing breakfast, take a guided moment of calm to reset then dive into a practical session exploring how workplace wellbeing can drive meaningful results for both employees and organisations.
You’ll discover how small, intentional shifts, can create lasting impact.
You’ll walk away with:
· Actionable ideas to weave wellbeing into daily workflows without overwhelming your teams.
· Fresh insights into how nutrition, movement and mindfulness directly impact performance and resilience.
· Valuable connections with like-minded leaders who share your commitment to creating healthier, happier workplaces.
Whether you’re a business leader, HR professional, or simply curious about how to better support your people, this event will leave you with the tools, inspiration and confidence to build a workplace where both wellbeing and performance can thrive.
