The above issues remain the most common where drivers and employers flout the law and have a massive effect on motor insurance policies. Unfortunately, they also lead to serious and fatal consequences for all those involved.
Therefore, who is actually responsible while driving at work? The employee driving at work or the employer?
This session will take you ‘back to basics’ about your driving knowledge as well as asking and answering questions in real time about your policies and ask you numerous questions about the law, penalties and consequences.
