Four welcomes its very first Marketing Executive to the team

Bolton based recruitment specialist, Four has announced the appointment of Shannon Dixon as the company’s first marketing executive.

Shannon joins the company strengthening their marketing team, alongside marketing consultant, Claire Hextall due to divisional expansion.

Shannon will be responsible for developing the company’s online presence while supporting Four’s marketing strategy across the board. Coming from a background of social media management and events, Shannon – a  Public Relations graduate – brings  a wealth of digital knowledge to the team.

Operations director Phil Sofield comments:

“We have been extremely fortunate that, as a business that after a successful start to 2020 we have been able to navigate our way through the recent challenging few months. The team are now back in the office and morale is at a high, we are firmly looking towards the future”.

“We knew as a business we would have to adapt our current practices, moving to a more digitalised way of working and we knew we needed a marketing specialist to support this digital transition.”
