How can finance leaders use digital transformations to enable growth and manage costs?

8th December 2025, 2:23 pm

Join us at Ringway Golf Club on Tuesday 3 March 2026, where Ross Boardman will explore the steps that finance leaders across the region can take to implement smarter digital decisions.

As a finance leader you’re increasingly responsible not just for managing costs, but for enabling scalable, efficient growth. Digital transformation and technology strategy are central to that, but not every organisation needs, or can afford, a full-time CTO (Chief Technology Officer).

As technology is becoming an ever-increasingly important topic in strategy and future planning, we will be discussing the importance of tech investment, due diligence, cyber risk assessments and real-world examples of poor tech investment.

Ross Boardman has designed and implemented technology platforms for businesses over the past 20 years and scaled their growth with digital transformation. Ross will join us to answer your questions, and give his advice on how you can build on your current technology, and what the future looks like.
