About the Speakers:
I am the Culture & Engagement Manager at Bruntwood and I have worked in the Bruntwood people team for 11 years. I support colleague wellbeing across the group, from our benefits and policies to our working environment, and all other colleague experience touchpoints in between.
I am passionate about enabling colleagues to live their best lives, both inside and outside of work. I am a champion of D&I and psychological safety and I believe that everybody should be their authentic self at work.
Mike is the CEO of ProAge. He is a seasoned thought leader on the topics of longevity, age-inclusion and multigenerational workplaces.
ProAge is a UK charity dedicated to creating age-inclusive workplaces and high-performing multigenerational teams.
Mike has been responsible for the establishment of the Aegon Center for Longevity and Retirement. While working at Aegon, Mike authored and published 13 reports on retirement security with insights and recommendations for governments, employers and individuals. He also developed and piloted the Silver Starters program to help people age 50+ understand if entrepreneurship is something for them and help them start their own business.
Obehi Alofoje is an experienced psychologist and expert in behavioural change, supporting senior HR and business leaders in implementing powerful strategies for mental wellbeing and productivity in the workplace.
Having previously managed multi-disciplinary clinical teams, she equips senior leaders and teams with the training and tools to thrive in the workplace, safeguarding against professional burnout in a post-pandemic era.
Obehi’s expertise has earned her recognition, including appearances on NBC New York Live and contributions to the popular online publication, ‘Psychology Today’. She is also the co-host of the award-winning podcast ‘The Wellbeing Rebellion’. She’s a flat–white coffee drinker and a hearing aid wearer.
Tom is a Manchester-based senior employee benefits consultant who has specialised in pensions and all aspects of employee benefits for over 14 years. Championing workplace wellness, Tom assists clients in providing a comprehensive benefits package for their employees. He is involved in supporting international clients with their UK employee benefits and responsible for consulting for SME clients to ensure benefits packages represent a bespoke and engaging solution. Advocating financial wellbeing is a particular passion.
