Join us for World Menopause Day 2025: Focus on Perimenopause

We’d love you to join the pro-women committee in marking World Menopause Day 2025, with this year’s theme of Lifestyle Medicine – highlighting how lifestyle choices can support wellbeing during menopause.

Our event will focus on perimenopause, the often-overlooked transition phase leading up to menopause. Our expert panel will share lived experiences and practical, evidence-based advice to:

  • Understand perimenopause and its impact
  • Explore lifestyle approaches for managing symptoms
  • Learn how workplaces can create supportive, inclusive environments for staff

This event is open to all – whether you’re experiencing perimenopause or menopause, supporting friends and family, or want to make a difference in your workplace. Together, we’ll break down myths and empower everyone to approach this life stage with knowledge, confidence, and compassion.

About the Speakers:

Lucy Patel Founder & CEO - Lucy Patel Nutrition

I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Female Hormone Specialist, and my passion is in all aspects of women’s health and hormone related conditions. I am a mother to two young girls (two and four) and am very aware personally of how much of a role hormones play on overall female health and wellbeing.

I support businesses with delivering women’s health education, focussing predominantly on perimenopause awareness and cycle awareness, focussing on practical and implementable strategies to help women start to improve all aspects of their health, from diet and sleep, to stress management and putting in place better personal boundaries.

I also work one to one with women looking for hormone support, whether that be on their fertility journey, managing conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis, or as they enter perimenopause.
