About the Speakers:
Jason Soars is a chartered accountant with over 30 years experience, 10 as a Fractional CFO. He has worked with nearly 100 different businesses over his career and currently is FD of 6 businesses. His clients need to be fast growing. On average they have grown by over 50% in the last 12 months,
Mike began his journey with Vistage when he owned Orchard Creative Recruitment, a business with offices in Manchester and Leeds. As a member for 10 years he learnt and developed his leadership skills and when he sold Orchard in 2023 he knew that creating a group of his own was the next step for him.
He now runs his own Vistage Peer Advisory group for CEOs and MD’s in the Manchester/Cheshire area, helping his leaders to grow, develop skills and make better decisions. In addition to his group Mike also holds a selection of NED and board advisory roles for small and SME businesses.
