About the Speakers:

Caroline has almost 20 years’ experience working with corporate organizations, both in the UK and internationally. As part of a dedicated team of wellness experts, she specializes in running corporate retreats that help professionals relax, refocus, and recharge.
With a strong background in mental and physical resilience, Caroline brings a unique mix of personal experience, neuroscience, and positive psychology to her workshops and retreats, helping people make meaningful and lasting changes.
She’s qualified in a range of psychometric assessments which she uses on retreats to help people improve their self-awareness and set powerful goals.

Wayne Bennett is a Founder and Director of Made4Tech Global, a technology recruitment consultancy specialising in recruiting professionals within the Technology, Business Change & Transformation markets. Worked in recruitment for nearly 30 years, his experience in the industry encompasses, Marketing, Finance and Technology (23 years) discipline.
Recruiting within the Technology space, Wayne has witnessed the change within the industry, encouraging him to advocate for female and diverse leadership and advise businesses on effective inclusion strategies in his role. Wayne has worked with organisations ranging from major corporates, SMEs, and technology-led start-ups, giving him exposure to placing professionals in positions ranging from senior management to “hands on” technical roles.

Paul Works in BNYM Technology Service Group as a product owner for Enterprise messaging which powers a 5th of the world financial transactions each day.
He says “The best part of my life at BNY is the “Thrive together Ambassadors lead” for Manchester”. Last year the team organised 50 events for over 2000 employees,
He also represents the company on the EDI Board of Pro-Manchester, the largest business organisation in the North of the UK.
This year he been honoured to be the Global Mental Health Pillar Lead at BNY for, HEART, BNY’s Diverse Abilities Employee Resource Group.
Outside of work he helps run a “Community award winning” Men’s Mental Health and anti-Suicide Charity : https://andysmanclub.co.uk which helps men talk and open up about any Storms they are going through.
In addition, he believes creativity and art is a major contribution to good mental health and recovery. Last year he challenged himself in a “generational” way and went outside of his comfort zone and have released experimental music on the Main Streaming Platforms(Spotify, YouTube, Deezer, Amazon Music, Apple music ….) as the artist “Paul in the Short5” for which he has received numerous Global Recognitions https://artistrack.com/paul-in-the-short5-say-hello-world-project-task2-lets-talk-it-out/, Also he had his first Photography exhibition recently in a Gallery in the Peak District.
