Wellbeing & Wellness

Our Wellbeing Champions invite you to explore pathways to wellbeing and the crucial role that environmental factors play in shaping our physical & emotional wellbeing.

In line with the Mental Health Awareness theme for 2024 ‘Moving more for our Mental Health’ we will consider topics such as problem solving through movement and the power of outdoor walks - the impact that stepping out with your team for 1-2-1s and casual chats amidst nature has, fostering deeper connections and promoting mental clarity.

Our panel of experts will delve into various aspects, including the importance of clean air and ventilation in your office space and its impact on health, wellbeing & productivity; the transition from home to the office and the dynamics of hybrid/flexible working models including ways to address the blurred lines between personal and professional life when working from home, and explore strategies to maintain harmony and alignment with your core values.
