This half day course explores the key challenges of managing innovation strategically and effectively, backed up with the latest research, practitioner examples and cases. About the Speakers:

Dr Mike Kennard Executive Education Programme Director and Senior Lecturer in Innovation, Strategy and Entrepreneurship - Alliance Manchester Business School
Dr Mike Kennard is an Executive Education Programme Director and Senior Lecturer in Innovation, Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Alliance Manchester Business School. Mike’s teaching, research and consulting interests centre on innovation management capabilities, organisational barriers to innovation and the development of innovation led growth strategies.
Mike also worked for over 10 years in various management positions at Rolls-Royce plc, including Programme Manager for the Global Research and Technology Programme, and also Programme Manager for the Trent 1000 Fan Module designed for the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
