Michelle Mullany Head of Deal Origination - Corporate Finance - MHA

I am part of MHA’s highly experienced Corporate Finance team. We are focused on privately owned businesses at all stages of growth – scale-up, high growth to family owned. Emily Turnbull M&A Manager - Fletchers Solicitors

Emily Turnbull is M&A Manager at Fletchers Solicitors, the Manchester-based consumer law firm backed by Sun Capital. Emily leads the firm’s day-to-day M&A activity. Prior to joining Fletchers, she spent six years in KPMG’s transaction services team. Her transition from Big Four advisor to in-house dealmaker gives her a keen understanding of what separates good advice from great execution

Stephen Hughes Director & Co-founder, - Five Wealth

Steve is a founding director and co-owner of Five Wealth Ltd, an independent wealth management firm based in Manchester. He is a Chartered Financial Planner who helps professionals and business owners achieve their goals through financial planning and wealth management. With a strong focus on business owners, he helps entrepreneurs develop effective financial strategies, from early-stage growth, to planning a successful exit and life beyond exit.

Steve is a Fellow of the PFS and a PFS Education Champion of the Year, for his work teaching in schools and his commitment to improving financial literacy amongst young people.

Helen Roxburgh Partner - KPMG

Helen is a partner in KPMG’s Corporate Finance team.  She joined the firm in 2002 and has over 20 years’ experience in advising on both public and private M&A transactions.  She is one of the Partners in KPMG’s Business Services team, focusing on transactions in the professional services sector.  She has particular experience in legal services, a subsector which she leads for KPMG Corporate Finance.
