About the Speakers:
I’m the Sales & Events Manager at King Pins Manchester Arndale, where I’ve been part of the team for the past eight months. King Pins is a state-of-the-art bowling and entertainment venue, and I’m proud to play a role in creating experiences that bring people together through fun, memorable moments.
My whole career has been within the hospitality sector, with previous roles including Hospitality Manager, Business Development Manager, and Assistant General Manager. I also bring HR experience to the table, which has given me a strong understanding of both operational excellence and the importance of caring for people, whether that’s our guests or our team.
I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy planning events that leave a lasting impression. Whether it’s a large-scale corporate booking or an intimate birthday celebration, my focus is always on delivering a smooth, enjoyable experience while building meaningful connections along the way.
