Our next bi-monthly meeting will pick up the theme of International Women's Day #choosetochallenge and how to have difficult and challenging conversations in our own organisations.

Join our panel, who will set out what structures progressive organisations have in place so that employees can have those difficult conversations in a "safe space" and what organisations can put in place going forward into ‘the new normal’.

We will also explore how we can all have difficult conversations in our organisations and how to find our voice. Once our panel has spoken we will breakout into groups so that we can discuss the themes further and have an exchange of views and top tips.
