With the end of free movement for EU citizens in December 2020 comes a rebooted immigration system for sponsoring skilled foreign staff.

The government has pared down bureaucracy, removed caps on numbers, and made sponsored work visas available across a far broader range of skill and salary levels.

In this webinar we provide an outline of the new system to employers, some of whom may already have a sponsor licence, some of whom may be considering applying for one for the first time.

If you anticipate recruiting EU and other foreign nationals in your business beyond December 2020, you will learn what’s expected of you under the Home Office’s new regulatory scheme.
