Wellbeing
There are many ways in which we can promote wellbeing at work, in order to create an inclusive and psychologically safe environment for all… but what is truly important in a time when many of us are balancing increasing demands both inside and outside of work?
This interactive session will be delving into key themes which make a true different to how we feel at work, such as:
  • Effective wellbeing strategies which support a diverse and multi-generation workforce (that are not just perks and benefits!).
  • Creating psychologically safe workplaces
  • Practical tools for your wellbeing toolbox, including how to have good wellbeing conversations with employees
  • Advice and guidance for those who are new to people management
  • Managing return-to-office challenges
  • How to look after our own wellbeing when supporting others
