Earlier this year when the pandemic first struck the UK, we saw a flurry of government interventions to support businesses and employees, from tax holidays to government-backed funding schemes.

As HMRC were occupied with the implementation of these policies, they put less emphasis on business compliance. In recent months, however, HMRC has become more active again in their tax compliance work, including pursuing those businesses which have committed furlough fraud, among other areas.

Is your business ‘HMRC compliant’? What areas do you need to look at to make sure you are in their good books when the Taxman calls?

Join us in this short and concise webinar with Alan McCann, Head of Tax Dispute Resolution at DTE. Alan will be sharing practical tips from his extensive experience to help you stay compliant, as well as best practices in liaising with HMRC when there are disputes.
