Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity Committee
Fairness in the workplace is a vital part of a successful business and pro-manchester is committed to championing equality, diversity and inclusion. We aim to help develop a culture of EDI for as many people as possible within the pro-manchester and North-West business community and change perceptions, breakdown barriers, facilitate conversations and challenge non-EDI behaviour, in a safe, constructive and respectful way.
The EDI committee is split in to 6 working groups:
- Race, Ethnicity, Religion, Belief (RERB)
- Pro-Women
- Parents
- LGBT+ / Sexual Orientation
- Disability, Mental Health, Neuro-Diversity
- Social Mobility
